* Only for authors who have received notification that
the abstract they submitted has been accepted for presentation! ONLY one
author will be allowed registration at a reduced fee of 200 EUR (before
March 30).
** Please note that the 'one-day registration' is for persons who wish
to attend only 1 day of the conference. It is not allowed to combine several
1 day rates. As soon as you attend more than 1 day, the full registration
fee is applicable.
Payment of the full conference fee and of the poster
author fee entitles to: participation in the 'European Nanoelectronics
Day' on 16/4/07, the welcoming reception (16/4), participation in the
scientific sessions, lunches on 16, 17, 18 and 19/4, beverages during
breaks and participation in the conference dinner on 18/4/07.
Payment of the one day registration fee entitles to: participation in
the scientific sessions, lunch on the day and beverages during breaks.
Please note that pre-registration closes on 13 April 2007, NOON BELGIAN TIME!. After this date only on-site registration in Brussels will be possible.
Payments
Payments must accompany the registration for the
symposium. Payments by credit card will be encouraged (through a secure
website). Cheques will not be accepted. Payment by bank transfer is possible.

Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of registration will be sent to each
participant.
Cancellations
Cancellations of confirmed registrations are subject
to a charge of 50 EUR per participant provided the cancellation is received
before 24 March 2007.
After 24 March 2007 no refunds will be made.
Registrations
Pre-registrations are closed now. Registrations are still accepted onsite in Brussels. Payments in cash (EUR) and credit card (Visa/Mastercard) will be accepted.
